the staff were lovely and helpful. my room had electric blackout shutters , that's fantastic! breakfast was served on the beautiful rooftop terrace , i really liked this feature.
my room was a bit too warm, and the air conditioning only blew out warm air , which was not helpful. the bedside lamps did not work at all. the shower was just a dripping tap , which was very frustrating.

I'm so annoyed. I got an Economy Double Room and it was a total rip-off. The air conditioning barely worked. The room itself was tiny and the bed was small. I could barely move.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooftop area provides lovely views. The breakfast selection included many choices and high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the room I stayed in and the prompt room service I received each day.
The air conditioning in my first room was not functioning correctly and it took some time to resolve the issue and move to another room, creating a slight inconvenience
